  • When you contact us, a grave number or reference or detailed sketch of the location of the grave is helpful, or we will visit the cemetery and meet you there to locate it.
  • At your appointment at home, showroom or cemetery, we will discuss the options for sizes, colours and finishes of the memorial, and help you with the wording and layout of the inscription.
  • We will guide you through the current churchyard/cemetery regulations regarding memorials and provide you with contact details of the church wardens if necessary.
  • We will send you a written quote, including VAT and details of cemetery fees payable, (if applicable), detailing the work to be carried out. We will also include an outline sketch of the proposed memorial, with dimensions.
  • If you accept the quote, before we commence the work we will apply to the churchyard for permission to carry out the works.
  • When we have completed the work, we will invoice you for the outstanding balance. If you live off-Island, we would usually provide you with a photograph of the completed memorial.
